TJMG Properties opened its doors in 2008 and is a multi-faceted company serving both commercial and residential needs. The primary focus of the business is nestled in Property Management, Association Management and Brokerage services, as well as maintenance and construction, lawn/landscape and snow removal.
The TJMG Team specializes in customer service and satisfaction in order to give 100% to each client. Our area of expertise is in Upstate New York but we welcome the opportunity for special projects and bookkeeping services for properties outside of this region.

Our Story.
Founded.
TJMG Properties was originally founded as The Jones & MacEwen Group in 2008.
Growth.
In 2016, employees grew from 14 to 45, including our Field Services team.
Today.
More than 10 years later, the portfolio of managed units has grown to over 3,000.
